- Proposed, architected, wrote and coded the company’s first web site.
- Maintained site (content and html coding).
- Produced 72 page, four color annual publication which listed specifications for all fleet-eligible vehicles.

- Managed correspondence with customers and prospects.
- Proposed, wrote and coded display presentation for industry conventions; helped design display booths; attended conventions as spokesman, maintained and updated display presentations during conventions.
- Wrote articles for placement in industry publications.
Clean Air Update - 1999 - This is an example of researching a highly complex issue with many different reporting requirements and definitions, and writing a simple narrative summarizing what fleet managers needed to know.
Clean Air Update - 2000 - Note particularly my discussion of fuel cell vehicles. This discussion was 6 months before the Wall Street Journal wrote its first article on fuel cells and gave the same basic information.
